The BT-2 was designed for all banding situations (2 inch diameter object and larger) using traditional half-inch wide banding, and is able to withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees c.
A weldable version is also offered.

The rubber-covered tag is designed to be mounted to any metallic surface by wrapping, and then crimping, the black-nylon-coated cable around any pipe or round metal object. It can withstand unprecedented high temperature, high pressure and severe environmental conditions.

The patented (US Patent # 7,928,922) PC-101 Sling RFID tag provides automatic identification and tracking capabilities never-before available in such a unique package designed for rugged or hazardous use-areas.
The PC-101 tag is designed to be mounted to any metallic surface by simply looping the plastic-covered stainless steel wire rope over or through an object and then crimping the aluminum ferrule to securely fasten the tag.
The tag can withstand unprecedented high temperature, high pressure and severe environmental conditions.

The patented (US Patent # 7,928,922) TROI PC-102 Large Pipe & Cylinder Rubber RFID tag provides automatic identification and tracking capabilities never-before available in such a unique package designed for rugged or hazardous use-areas.
The rubber-covered tag is designed to be mounted to any metallic surface by using one of three methods: 1) screwing or bolting the tag down, 2) the peel-n-stick adhesive option, or 3) epoxying it on any pipe or round metal object. For best results it is recommended that the tag be over-coated using TROI’s AP-1 Adhesive_Paint.
The PC-102 can withstand unprecedented high temperature, high pressure and severe environmental conditions.

The patented (US Patent # 7,928,922) TROI RS-102 Adhesive-backed Large Pipe / Cylinder – RISER RFID tag provides automatic identification and tracking capabilities never-before available in such a unique package designed for rugged or hazardous use-areas. The rubber-covered tag is designed to be mounted to any metallic surface by using one of these methods: 1) the peel-n-stick adhesive option, or 2) epoxying it on any pipe or round metal object.

When applying to a curved asset we recommend using our *RS-102 M for moulding along the curve of the object being tagged

For best results it is recommended that the tag be over-coated using TROI’s AP-1Adhesive_Paint.

The RS-102 can withstand unprecedented, high pressure and severe environmental conditions.
